I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near Playa Fanabé and offers beautiful pool areas. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially during our room upgrade process. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations with limited options and lackluster quality. Overall, I enjoyed my time here but there are areas that could use improvement.
