The reception staff were helpful and professional. The guy on reception sorted us all promptly while maintaining a friendly and patient service. We spent the day by the pool. It is lovely and relaxing as there are lots of pools to choose from. The resort is super clean and our apartment is great.
The apartment was very hot inside and had no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan.

i found the staff helpful and very friendly. we got a room upgrade that helped with our family's needs. the pool area were very clean. the restaurant offered tasty food.
the hotel lacks air conditioning in all rooms, so the ceiling fans do nothing to cool down the rooms.

the pool area has cool shaped pools. a sister hotel is located nearby and guests had access to its pool. the gym has exercise equipment, but it is small.
